EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW
How did you come to be a model?
From a very young age, being a model was my dream! At 15 years old I was already passionate about the world of modeling. I bought all the fashion and photo magazines. I looked at the poses of the models and the attitudes. I practiced posing in front of the mirror. The year 2011 was decisive for me: I entered the international Model Karma competition. I was then spotted by Thomas Zeumer who has already discovered top models like Heidi Klum. I won a trip to New York for Fashion Week, and I ended up among the three finalists . As soon as I got back, I realized that it was my real passion and that I wanted to make it my job. I alors am working on myself: while continuing my studies in economics, I did a lot of sport to transform my figure. I've become more natural: no more streaks in my hair, extensions, false nails... Because being a model means above all being naturally beautiful! Very quickly I registered in an agency on to become a model and since that day I have had very good contracts all over the world!
How do you view the modeling world today?
I'm a rather "commercial" model. I have the chance to evolve in an environment that I find healthy and different from that of haute couture. I feel good because I have to have a toned body for the photos but the weight is not an issue. Contrary to what one might think, I had very few negative experiences. Most of the people I work with are very professional!
Your engine in life ?
My driving force is to be passionate about what I do! I like novelty, both in my work and in my personal life. I always make sure to have projects. I'm positive by nature, nothing stops me and I like to be where I'm least expected! Nothing is impossible and everything remains to be done, that's it my motivation !
Your favorite part of your body ?
It may sound strange, but I appreciate all parts of my body! I learned to love my body and to know it to pose better. I am aware that I am not perfect and that is why each model is different.
Your main quality?
Over time I understood that my main quality is my ability to convey different emotions, from tenderness to strength. I am also very comfortable during shoots, I know the poses that work and I like to bring something new.
A place to relax?
I am anti routine so to relax I like to discover places and travel.
A preference for fashion, lingerie, glamour, nudes… ?
Honestly I'm lucky because I can do anything. However I have a preference for lingerie, the nude or even beauty.
A place for a drink? With whom ?
I rarely go out for a drink, when I do I like "trendy" places like in Paris: the Renoma café in the 8th, the Maison blanche, the Manko 8th, the Flore café... And with friends sure !
What is your relationship to the body and with your body?
I love my body even if it's not perfect, I think it's important in life and in my work. I like to feel good about myself. I think I am rather demanding with my body. It's part of my job. I try to eat healthy as much as possible and do more than 5 hours of sport per week. But I don't feel obligated, I do it because I like it!
Your biggest campaign (or your biggest achievement as a model)?
My biggest campaign is that of Aubade Paris, then my advertising for Dior Amphore and Jean-claude Biguine. I am very proud of it, because I am very motivated, my dreams have come true. Today my objective is to chain the campaigns and to win beautiful contracts. I would also like to turn to acting roles.
Your typical day?
I like to be in shape so after a good night's sleep, I have my beauty ritual, my working day shooting and a little sport to finish.
Your projects ?
I'm going to focus on my desires: shootings abroad, editorials, videos, and above all I really want to do covers!
